Property Styling & Staging
We love helping agents and homeowners prepare their property for the market.
Step 1: "Walk Through"
Together we walk through the listing. During the Walk Through we identify the home’s best features, areas to highlight, areas of concern, and simple fixes that will make the space more appealing.
1-2 hours
Step 2: Consultation
Home Owner's Notes make up the styling plan. We send Notes to the homeowner & agent(s), typically within 6-12 hours of the Walk Through.
Step 3: Bid Creation
Our Bids are fully transparent; we share the cost of furniture rental and labor, and our consultation fee is included in the total fee. The Bid is sent to the agent and/or buyer. We offer Partial and Full Staging*.
Step 4: Contract
Once our Bid is accepted we send a Contract. Each contract is individually created based on the homeowners/sellers needs.
*Pricing is based on the number of rooms and amount of furnishing required.
